It’s normal to see photographers taking pictures in various por sometimes peculiar/odd positions and locations…
What makes him look like a perv, he’s a pic, at the wrong place, at the wrong moment…
People will sometimes mistake you for a perv (unless u are really one ) if you take a pic on that position, so close to the stage(kneeling very near it and elbows on the stage) while a woman was sitting, with her legs crossed, on a chair…
